Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Ariel von Pacific is a beautiful, classic 12 month old German Shepherd. She still has some growing and filling out to do to grow into those beautiful big German Shepherd ears. We sure wish dogs could talk, because Ariel could tell an interesting story. She showed up on the beach all alone, jumped into the water and just started swimming aimlessly. She has been swimming around for 45 minutes by the time a good samaritan took it upon himself to go out there to save her. He couldn't keep her and took her to the shelter, but kept calling every day concerned about her. He wanted to make sure she goes to a wonderful home, and so do we. Ariel is an absolute little sweetheart, very friendly and loving. She also rides very well in the car although she'd prefer to sit in your lap while you're driving if you let her. She will be a wonderful addition to a great family, and no need to be concerned if you have a pool, at least we know she can swim.
